The project
Boteco designs and manufactures mechanical components and handgrips distributed worldwide with a constantly evolving catalogue and an international distributor network. We built a custom platform that centralises everything from the catalogue to orders integrated directly with existing systems.
In detail
01. SAP/EKR-synchronised catalogue ERP Integration
Over 15,000 products organised across 24 categories are imported and updated automatically via XML from SAP and EKR. Prices and availability are always accurate, across all 13 supported languages, with no manual intervention.
02. Restricted area with dedicated profiles B2B Portal
Distributors and clients log in with a dedicated profile and find the catalogue updated in real time. Distributors can track their orders directly from the platform, without having to contact the Boteco team.
03. Inventory API for authorised distributors System Integration
More structured distributors can query inventory data via API and integrate it directly into their own management systems, eliminating any manual synchronisation between platforms.
