The project
Boteco manufactures mechanical components and handles that are distributed worldwide, with a constantly evolving catalog and a network of international distributors. We have built a custom platform that centralizes everything—from the catalog to orders—and integrates directly with existing systems.
In detail
01. Catalog Synchronized via SAP and EKR Management integration
Over 15,000 products, organized into 24 categories, are automatically imported and updated via XML files from EKR. Prices and availability are always accurate and synchronized from SAP in all 13 supported languages, without any manual intervention.
02. Members-only area with dedicated profiles B2B Portal
Distributors and customers log in using a dedicated account and can view the catalog, which is updated in real time. Authorized users can track the status of their orders directly from the platform, without having to contact the Boteco team.
03. Inventory API for Authorized Distributors System integration
More sophisticated distributors can query inventory data via API and integrate it directly into their management systems, eliminating the need for manual synchronization between platforms.
