The project
Fashion brands used to manage catalogs, orders, and marketing campaigns using separate tools and manual processes that were difficult to scale. Innove Showroom centralizes everything on a single platform: from digital catalogs to orders, from agent management to store operations. The system is multi-tenant and designed to adapt to the needs of different brands, with customizable content and configurations for each one. Pomandère is the first brand to adopt it in production.

01. Digital Catalog and Sales Campaigns Fashion e-commerce
The platform manages seasonal collections and sales campaigns, featuring interactive digital catalogs and order tracking from entry to confirmation. Each campaign supports price lists, availability, and configurations tailored to specific markets and channels.
02. Multi-role management for agents and stores Sales Operations
The system distinguishes between four user profiles—admin, sales representatives, store associates, and guests—with granular permissions for each area. Stores manage sales, returns, on-hold items, and labels directly from the platform, including on the go thanks to PWA support and offline functionality.
03. Multi-tenant architecture and integrations SaaS platform
Each brand operates in its own isolated environment with its own content, configurations, and users. The platform integrates with AWS S3 for media storage, generates PDFs and Excel exports for the sales team, and supports synchronization with external systems via webhooks.
